Wow.... Anjelica Huston reprising her role as"The Director". This film taking place between the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 and John Wick: Chapter 4.... In an interview producer Erica Lee stated if the movie a successful the studio has tentative plans to develop a sequel movie or series starring Ana de Armas character. Ana was amazing in Bond's No Time To Die, The Grey Man and Ghosted as an action heroine.

I love that this has already been set up in other Wick movies. In Wick 3, we learn that John gets to the U.S thru the ballet school run by Angelica Huston. We've already seen assassins fight dirty. We've seen John fight women (Ms Perkins, the mute assassin) and alongside them (Halle Berry), so this just makes sense.

They didn't push it just because of the strike. They reshot damn near the entire movie. Thankfully Stahelski came in and it looks like he saved the movie. He made it look and feel more like the John Wick films. Hopefully the movie is as good as it looks in the trailer.

I know everyone things it occurs between 3-4 but I’m actually sure it takes place post 4 in which flashbacks refers to her seeing the first time … but I have a theory ! The set up one hundred % hints at her being Johns daughter, she believes her father dead but like John she kits up the same, he who has no known reason is somehow willingly after all the killing to not retire and instead train her, I reckon she is his daughter, John is her father and Winston is Johns real father ! And her grandfather. She is gonna fight and it be revealed this truth giving John a reason to live when he was left open to dying because he had nothing since his wife’s death but if he lived and Winston covered up his survival by claiming him killed. Only for him to come back only for his daughter! In a pass off!

Ballerina looks a much better action movie than Ghosted with her & Chris Evans. They only did one tv show The Continental. Personally I don't want John Wick 5, even the fouth one was too much and should have ended with the third one. If the fifth one happens, then they are turning him into full on Michael Myers. Halle Berry expressed interest for a spin off movie based on her character from John Wick 3.

As someone who has only seen the first John Wick, this looks painfully generic. The fights feel like they were choreographed by committee rather than a labor of love by veteran stuntmen, trying to imitate the brutal kinetic action sequences without the craft and care needed to impress. As far as Ana de Armas is concerned, she doesn't have much of an onscreen presence and is overshadowed by the inclusion of Keanu Reeves. It's no mistake that "John Wick" comes before "Ballerina" on the logo.
