As Tennessee Ernie Ford used to say, every Saturday night, "Bless your lil ole pea pickin heart!!" Before your time, I'm sure. That pea cleaner is pretty dang good!! I remember watching you work on it before. Nice to see a project like that come together and work so well. Good job every one. Thanks for letting me watch..

I really like the fact that you boys do it with older equipment and just make things work.

@JacksonGuitarsPlayer03 Жыл бұрын
I hope y’all keep staying with all that old equipment it is indeed nice seeing the Demos on the new one and having brand new fresh machinery but that old iron won’t die. My previous 2 jobs got old worn B model CAT engine Kenworths they are so worn to bits but they just won’t die!! One got a couple million miles on it.

Even seeing the little things, like jumping a truck, let us know just that much more of the farm life. You guys work as a Team, even with the Grandkids always in mind, and the future. Great job designing and building the cleaner. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable. Thanks for showing us your process for cleaning peas. A lot of adjustments to do to get it the way you want it to clean. Do understand. Lots of moving equipment and parts to make work into one. Wow. The drone shots were very nice. Those are wonderful. Thanks. Winter is hard on equipment that is for sure. Just takes longer to do a job outside in the winter ❄️. Thanks for everything Welkers. Love you all. Take care. The Iowa Farm Boy.

Can you use it to barley and wheat to? Thank you for sharing your amazing journey. God bless you and your family.
@WelkerFarms Жыл бұрын
We definitely can but being barley and wheat are so similar to oats in size it would be difficult to remove all the wild oat seeds. A detent machine would be needed for that and they are expensive unfortunately.

Awesome old dodge. Sounds like the timing is backed down too much and struggling. The rubber on the balancer will slip so don't use a timing light and that 350 will wake up when you advance the timing.
@WelkerFarms Жыл бұрын
Definitely will try this, thank you! We used the timing light and had it set but if it slipped that makes sense why it is struggling so much.
