I moved from the Bronx in 2010 to another state. Seen instagram people posting rats big as cats, garbage, people doing stupid shit on subways is embarrassing. When the city try to do something New Yorkers get mad, complain and don’t care about the city they live in. Look at the subway’s in Japan . I been to Atlanta and that city is clean. NY should be the greatest city in the world but it don’t look like it.
