My grandpa used to make these when I was younger. We would go to the river and catch them big cats and bring them to him and come back in a couple hours and we would all eat some fried catfish balls or patties or nuggets or fillets. Great memories. Keep doing what ya doing kraker

We tried this one tonight with bluegill, 2 step original, and pan fried pattys. Absolute success! Stacking them in ziplocks to fry up later as well what a tasty treat!

@@davidpickard8996 honestly I just went be feel, didn't measure anything. Ended up with a little less fish and a little to much bread crumbs. Go easy on the mayo at first and make sure your veggies are nice and soft the tricky part is getting the consistency right to much moisture from the veggies and mayo means you have to add more bread crumbs like I did. If your using 2 step seasoning it can take a lot more then you think for it to come through

Just wondering buddy. I filet all my fish like you do but I don’t skin catfish or scale fish. I cut the filets to the tale. Then I leave it hooked on and flip it over and cut the meat off. Very easy to do and less steps. Have a great day and I like your videos.

Some of the best fish I've ever had was from a 42-pound blue cat that I caught and cooked right there on the river bank over a fire in iron. Blackened, over some rice with cornbread, MAN, it was good.

I don't care either way, but dudes in their 40s being jacked always raises an eyebrow. Him being a state trooper im sure him and the boys have a lifting club. Pretty common amongst cops, like fireman. Some just hang around lifting weights a lot of the time.
