I continue to ask you my dear friends to please remember our blessed lady each day for a few moments and pray to her meditating on the seven sorrows that pierced her most pure heart during her life on earth, this prayer is most powerful and brings great comfort to both our white lady of peace and also her blessed son Jesus and many graces are obtained from this powerful prayer. Biblical meditation alone & stretching are for mental & physical conditioning. Yoga asanas are for hinduism and are forbidden.

Yoga originated within the false religion of Hinduism and is deeply intertwined with Hindu spiritual practices and beliefs. The postures and breathing techniques are designed to worship Hindu deities. In other words, practicing yoga is partaking in a religious act of a false religion, no matter the intention. I also recall Fr. Ripperger advising against the practice, as it may be a doorway to demonic possession. Considering this, I would not practice or advise practicing yoga. I simply see no point in insisting on yoga, when I can do stretches and workouts that have no relation to yoga. I hope this clarifies. Thank you for the comment, and God bless!
