Hi Lisa, thanks for taking the time to reply! "Do More" by Casey Neistat shows that if you put in the work (whatever "work" means for you) you can change your life. If you create on the internet you'll definitely be seen, and read by some people. You never know about ALL the opportunities that could come your way. I think it's smart to combine Substack and Medium. My goal is to reach more subscribers than followers on Medium ^^

Oh Cat! That's so nice, my sweet friend. I didn't feel confident enough, I was pregnant and I wanted to create something substantial and hopefully not break my streak, engage, and help. In January I felt confident enough. When my kids are sick I often ask myself: Is it worthwhile for others or will they unsubscribe because I can't answer their questions or help them right now? Luckily you're still there and we're in month #2 now. I'm so so thankful, Cat. Hugs!

Thank you for this insightful video. I've never considered myself a writer. I'm more of an artistic creator offering my graphic design services to others. I do have a new website for my service and I'm curious to know if the posts on Substack can also be posted on my website, or if that would be considered duplicate content in Googles algorithm and work against me? I haven't started a newsletter because my day to day activities are fairly boring to others. I do have some ideas on creating a weekly/monthly video on creating artwork, but I'm not too adept on producing videos as of yet. Please respond. Have a great day.

I don’t know if you can help me, but I created a publication and now I can’t sign back into it. When I log in, it asks me to “Create Publication”, but my URL shows as taken. This all started when it wouldn’t allow me to make any edits to my “branding”. This is so weird. I can’t figure out if this is a glitch, or if I am just incompetent….😢 It seems there is NO support from Substack. The chatbot said someone would reach out to me in several days. If you have any advice, thank you.

Hey, is the problem solved or can I help you? As a bestseller I have access to the support. I guess it's a glitch. I'd try to log into Substack one more time. You could also reset your password if this helps. Sometimes there's confusion with the name. You sign up with your name which becomes your URL. You can then change the title but the URL won't change. If you want to change the URL you can do this too. You can change it one time. You can also connect it to a unique domain. Hope this helps ❤️

About 10% of my subscribers to date are coming from Medium, that's it. For some 8K/10K followers is huge for others it doesn't. It depends. I didn't have e a list, I started one from scratch. That's the message and the promise I delivered on sharing my insights. You can watch this week's video with Valtnin. He has about 70K followers on various platforms but it's not easy to convert followers into subscribers. So he also started from scratch.
