💚 The spray sound is scaring them, it sounds like a hissing snake so their instinct is to run away 💚 sometimes it's better to use a sponge and dip it in the repellent fluid and then put it on the donkey 😊

I read an article about flies and farm animals. They cut bars of Irish Spring soap into four pieces and put one into mesh bags. They hung the soap pieces around their barn to keep the flies away. You would have to hang them very high to keep the goats from eating the soap!😂

Build batboxes put them on fence posts,attached to your barn ect. Bats can eat a huge amount of mosquitos and flys in a night. I wonder if you rub the goats with a cloth ,then rub the cloth on the bigs. Maybe the goat smell WILL help 😊 2 yrs ago we put batboxes up in our barn. The birds don't nest in them as they are entered thru the bottom. So this year we started putting them on the Pasteur fence posts. Our barn bats have done so well. They only come out from dusk till dawn but man they must be hungry as I'd say at least a 75% decline in the mosquitos and flys . Have as great a day as you have made mine😊❤

Back when we had two donkeys, instead of spraying, I dipped a rag in the fly med mix and rubbed it on them, they thought I was petting them. Just a suggestion 😊 .

Spray the fly spray onto a clean sponge and then wipe it onto them. We have to do it with several of our horses as they're scared of the bottle spray

In hot countries round the world they paint their kitchen and warehouse MIDDLE BLUE. Flys hate this colour! Your collected flags are pretty blue. You should hang them up again on the barns during summer. It will help a lot
