For anyone watching.. those pointy edges/tabs that stick out from the top brake hardware clip should be tucked into the loop on the brake wear indicators. If not, that outer edge can scratch the inside of the rim and make noise. They also serve as return springs to keep the pads off the rotor when not braking, and I think they stabilize the pad and minimize shaking. Forgot to do this on mine and had nonstop loud squealing during braking and pads wore out in only 4 months!!!!!! (Rotors were also glazed). Hope this helps someone!

Are you sure your car is 2010? I think you are doing back brakes

Back brakes you have to remove the caliper bracket also just to pull the caliper .dumb design
