Once the grille is off, are you able to access the back side of the bumper from there? I'd like to drill and mount a light bar to the top of my front bumper. But I don't really want to take the whole bumper off to do so.

This video is a year old, hopefully you can see this and help me. I dont need to remove the bumper, I need to remove those wings or end cap on each side of the bumper, need to replace the right side one, how? Thanks in advance

You need to remove the fender flare to gain access to the screws on the side and then there are plastic clips holding it on. I have a new video of a 2021 front bumper removal that shows that piece that you’re talking about so check that one out and it should help answer your question.

Pull the little red tab back and press the black tab down and it should come unplugged. Sometimes they get filled with fine dust, hit it with a screwdriver handle to knock it free. Also press the plug further together then press the tab. Sometimes the little tab gets stuck on the little bit it has to go over. Give the tab some extra room to move up and over

This whole bumper is garbage being theres more plastic and 2 tubular steels brackets to hold a gunk of plastic fascia thats gonna break even if you touched brush. And for the cost of this stock replacement is half of an entry level aftermarket bumper that looks better. Best of luck chevy guys, ive decided to go aftermarket only because those 2 side brackets and the two to hold the fascia up are like ford beds..
