The kit that I used is made by McNasty Customz. They have a couple of different kits you can choose from. Hope this help you out.

@@FitMafiaBuilds agreed, I work 12 hr plus days driving a toetruck. So my days off are scarce... But when j get vacation time is when I plan on doing my swap.... Then the next year I'm planning on slowly buying the front end parts and when I get another vacation I can do the front end swap and my paint job

@@mattburke5356 Are you doing a 12 valve swap into an Ex too? I picked up a 2000 a couple of weeks ago & already have a 12 valve on my engine stand that I've been building. Personally, I think it's the ultimate vehicle for this conversion

I don’t know jack about cars, what engine are you talking about when you say 12 valve? And what are you taking out to put the 12 valve in?

@@mattofalltrades9758 a 12 valve is the first gen of the cummins 5.9 diesel. and the 24 valve is the 2nd generation of this amazing engine

What windshield wiper motor and wiper arms did you use?

The wiper transmission is from a 08-10 f250 with the original wiper motor and original wiper arms.

did you move your hood adjusters / supports mine are way off

From everything I’ve read the hood needs to be lifted 1/2 inch so I used a 1/4 spacer under the hinge and 1/4 spacer under the hood where the hinge bolts up.

What size nutserts are you using?

@baseballneal86 We used all M8 nutserts, that way we could used all factory bolts and make it look as original as possible.

I used the 11-16 f250 fender liners.

Yes that’s the good thing about the ones that match the fender they will go right in and bolt up to the fender and I just made 1 bracket for the front of each liner to help hold them in proper place. I think that will work much better for you. Good luck on your swap.

Prices just vary on if you are wanting us to find the parts and if you go with factory parts or aftermarket parts. Labor will also depend on quality of parts and the kit that you use to mount the fenders hood and bumper is right at 800 I believe. Labor would be around the 1,500 to 2,500 dollar range. Hope this helps

Hello, how are you doing that transformation more or less how much it comes out in pieces and if it is necessary to change the hood and keep mud or just the front in money, an estimate of how much you spend 5,000 dollars or more

The kit that I used to bolt everything on is made by McNasty customz. Then you will need to source a hood, hood hinges. Fenders, grille and bumper. Sometime you can find used parts which is usually better due to being made by Ford. So you could spend anywhere between 3-5 thousand on this swap.

FitMafia Builds headlights don’t line up and hood

Yes I noticed the brackets that hold the inner part of the headlights needs to be bent inward and then you need to space them out on a angle. I’ve read that the good needs to be raised up around a 1/2 inch to fit perfectly

Versacon International it all depends on parts availability and if you want to go all stock or have it all paint matched or aftermarket parts.

FitMafia Builds let’s say I have the donor truck. Stock. Would only match new front end to black like my current excursion

Versacon International if you had all the body parts what we would have to do is get the conversion kit which it’s around 800-1000 depending on which bumper brackets you go with. Labor for swap would run between 1500-1800. And paint would run between 1000-1500 depending on condition and how far we go with paint match bumpers grille etc.
