Time to get the front suspension back under the Hellstang and get this pony on the ground. We're bolting up a set of Maxpeedingrods 24 way adjustable coilovers to the factory control arms with new balljoints, new sway bar end links and new drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Also replaced the inner & outer tie rods on the rack, but we'll wait till later to get that back in the car because we have to weld in the engine mounts.

How are the rear shocks

Did they ever fix the rear long shock problem

Never tried them. I only used the front ones and sold the rears. I have Lakewood drag shocks for the back and either keeping stock springs or going with edelbrick 1” lower springs if I can fit them. I want to put a 275/60/15 tire under the car and not sure if the shorter spring will work. None of the tear end work will happen till this winter. I was hoping to have it done this past winter but never made the time for it

@@PeakPerformanceEngineering im in the same predicament i got my 98 mustang and they had the front coilovers on them but then the rear end was raised and it made the car look a lil weird so i wanna put the rear coilovers on but ive heard so much bad about them like them being to stiff and there like maxed out once your car is actually lowered on the ground and it just makes the ride bouncy

@Ephixa06 yes I heard all that as well and def didn’t want to have it bouncy. The rear end is still all stock and it rides great right now with just the front on there and didn’t want to lose that.
