Not sure on the weight of the rack + lights but the 6 lights weigh more than the entire rack.

Is the table mount universal or is it for a specific table to slide into i.e. front runner table

Its made to suit the Front Runner table like a glove.

Should have just used a hole Saw to cut to grooves out for those light wires

No affaird that branches will break the cable with it being in front of the car like during the 1000 dollar track.
