I need to know how do I remove the driver seat to replace. The horizontal motor for a 2003 bmw xi wagon, also I was not able to send an email because it show is invalid?

Thanks for your great videos. Just curios - I have the same issue as your customer had ( the clicking noise issue from the motor or with board) did you find out if the customer got it sorted out?

I have a donor car that I need to move the seats to get them out. I cut my harness at the same place you did. Which wires are you connected to? I was trying to do the 18v battery to slide the seat to get to the bolts trick. Thanks!

Brown and red wires

@@bimmermerchant yeah I tried that and no love. The large gauge red is positive, there were 2 browns that I tried. I stopped there not wanted to fire something off that would potentially be bad.

@@bimmermerchant is there a black connector under the seat or only the yellow canbus connector?

Only the yellow. I finally pulled the switched off and powered the motor wires directly and it worked. Odd two seats would not work powering the red and brown and no switches work, but direct to motor wires work. Going to chase the wires now that I got it out
