Nina, should exercise 4 (standing splits) be done with square hips? I have trouble doing this one- any recommendations to improve standing splits?

No hips don't need to be squat, the point is to strengthen glutes and stretch hamstrings on standing leg. If it's too hard, put hands on box, chair so it's easier on hamstrings. And lift leg as much as you can, you don't need to lift it to split

@@NinaStrojnik can you help me please too 🥺 I started to learn front splits in 2019 and I'm still missing about 5 cm of the ground.... I noticed that my left leg is much stiffer than the right leg. In split forward with the right leg, I can't get my left hip down. And when my left leg is forward, my right leg ist near to the ground but my left leg is blocking me to get down...

Yes it is advanced, if you are intermediate you can do exercises but as much as you can.☺️
