Thank you for showing us these excerises and doing entire sets with us. Counting aloud really helped me. I can't bend my legs straight when I raise them in the air when on my back. I'm going to do these excerises every other day and slowly get stronger!!

Just want to say - I have never been able to do splits, never done any gymnastics or anything. It has taken me a year to get very, very close...I'm almost there! That may sound defeating but my point is that, if you're someone without a movement background, expect it to take time and work and DON'T GIVE UP! You really have to keep at it!

I have had right anterior hip pain for a very long time. I’ve been stretching forever. Well now I know I need to strengthen!!! I could barely do these so I’m going to keep going until those flexors are much stronger. Even if that flexor pain doesn’t disappear, my flexors will get stronger!!! Thanks!

Do you think a woman 32 years old can achieve to do middle and front splits if she never had before? (i was doing yoga in past so i am a little flexible but far from the splits but never did anything as a kid)
