Could you mow with it tilted up at 90 degrees to trim over hanging grasses?

I have a similar one and mow 90 degrees up, and say 35 degrees down over the bank. Works great.

@@papemachinery.agturf Just wondering if I spend my money on a unit like this, is it going to be manufactured in China, I would rather buy American made. If it was manufactured in Italy that’s not bad to me but I am not wanting something built in China with the current quality I have seen
