You don't need strong anti-venom on the last boss by the way. Even though the weak anti-venom says it only works up to a certain level, it still dispels his mana drain poison.

I do this on a druid. It's around 17 min per run, resetting the last boss. You're standing too close to the pillar. Stand right behind / almost on top of the last candle. You should never get hit.

I contend the boss reset strategy caused Blizzard to nerf DM-E. All the other classes ruined it for Warlocks.

Classes who can't remove poison can use Heart of Noxxion (Trinket, removes 1 poison effect, 5min cd) from Noxxion in Maraudon, for when the Anti-venom is on cd.

Not sure why so many people try to skip the last boss. He is easy to kill, especially as a warlock. I trained by using SM/DS for Drain Life on the imps, but now I have realized I can do it even faster in Raid spec as DS/Ruin. Very easy to kill, has good gold drops, don't need to waste money on pots, can easily bring alts for mining (I am a Tailor and Enchanter), and can also sell the items that drop to others (Ring of Demonic Guile, Gloves of Restoration, etc.) if they want to stand by and pay for drops.

Frost - as the last boss ticks down to 50% from you ignite run over to the evade ledge in front of the door, the door should be smoking and about to open. It will then break and the imps will aggro you but evade. They will reaggo and evade again, take this time to get to full mana / HP. Then when you are ready, jump down and kill them, nothing else in the room will aggro not even the boss, then you are in the clear and dont need to invis pot. Good luck have fun!

You can kill the imps where you use the invi pot and you don't need any invi pot, kil imps with a nova, cone and 1 arcane exp, then jump back on safe spot or run out if your alt is a miner.

This farm is almost perfect for elemental shamans. Grounding totem eats the sacrifice ability as well as the poison and disease from the last boss.

I just want to put this out here for those looking to try it on their alt mages they use to farm. From my personal experience this is a raid gear dependant farm. Also worth noting if you aggro the pack of imps while while kiting hydro or Zev you will need to reset the dungeon as the patting boss will pull the pack

The way you avoid this is making sure you die ontop of where the imps are standing, so the instant you pull them just run into the place they are normally standing and die there. I've succesfully done this twice where the imps weren't fucked after :)

Why is this raid gear dependent? I went in there an hour after I hit 60 on my mage and downed hydrospawn for my water quest. I don't see how the 2nd boss would be any harder considering it's the same strat, and then you don't even have to kill the last boss.

The way the math works out is that if you go to lockout, your statistical g/h is 1.125*price of arcane crystal. It's (5 runs per hour * 2.5 veins per run * 3 hits per vein)*.03 (3% chance of arcane crystal per hit)

If you pull the imp pack and die the imp position might not reset correctly and you have to reset the instance or kill the pack.

If Gnome mages do this, they are too short for the water at certain points and it makes them swim and they will get caught by the hydro geysers and the sacrifices lol - i found out 1st hand

Hey, you really dont need an invisible potion. Go in the corner and spam your food and water. Go down and nova the imps , coc and ae . Imps are fast down so you can go back in the corner and you can reset the other mobs without any potions. And your secound char dont need potions , if the imps are down you can jump in the corner without getting aggro. I made it with mage and warrior for mining , tooks 28min with 17/0/34 improv. blizzard aoe spec.

Did you consider parking your rogue on the other side of the exit portal (after doing the first run). This way you can skip the long run through the instance, and just go in and out with the rogue and log out outside the portal to not get portet during logout? It might work

This is all good and fine. But the most important question is... Has DM-East been nerfed? You don't kill the Satyrs and Imps, but they are no longer dropping Demonic Runes (or if so, at an extremely low rate). Same thing for Arcane Crystals being mined from the Rich Thorium veins. You claim the prices have gone up because of BWL, but I contend they've gone up from the reduction in supply due to the lower rate of Arcane Crystals being returned from veins. Thoughts on the intensity of the nerf?

You should 100% kill Zevrim on the ledge, unless you're like Frost and play on a US server as an Euro Also, you can pull Hydro up to Zevrim and kill them both at the same time, or as a warlock at the very least. Can't stand the pillar by the Hydro pool

@@Jrekt When you exit the corridor to Zevrim, hug the wall to the left and you'll eventually see a broken pillar. Use the pillar to LOS Zevrim, and if you hug the ledge to the well, Zevrim's gonna act as if you stand on top of it, and he'll try to run away from the pillar, rather than towards it Hit the ledge when Zevrim comes to close to this pillar, and run away from the ledge and peek outside of the pillar's LOS when he's far enough away and cast spells It's super quick, but risky with lag cause a single sacrifice = certain death

Paladins can do this run too. The 2 satyr bosses are demons so exorcism can be used on them and you can dispel all poisons and if you mess up the sacrifice on the first satyr boss, you can bubble out of it. Also if you are holy, holy shock can add to the damage. Quite efficient as a paladin as well. I also take the time to do the lashers too on the way to the bosses. Got a Krol Blade 2 days ago off of a lasher pack. Felt worth it then.

@@theeclark1607 I am 31/0/20 nothing in prot when I do it and I do fine. My gear is pretty good, 5/8 t1, 2/8 t2 and a few more epics mixed in. But I think as long as you get a set with high intellect and mp5, you would be fine without any raid gear.

The reason why 31 in holy is nice is because of the free crit holy shocks and just having holy shock in general. Makes it go faster. I don't use frosts method though, I stay up on the platform for that first satyr boss.

I found that I was just barely showing my hit box, you have to make sure you're completely behind that pillar. As soon as he turns you need to hide even mid cast. When he runs back on the water side I found about half way is when you jump up between the candles. When you see him leap up to is when you go back to water. Hope this helps.

basically just be ready for them to resist and blink out of the paralysis or use cold snap and frost nova again. If you're quick enough the satyr wont be able to get close enough to paralyze you. Hope this helps.

Big reason fire isn’t great right now is the gear, you don’t have the crit needed to make fire great. Frost will outperform fire until aq pretty much

They did cast it. Check @09:13 top right of the screen. You see the 2 curses. If you remove a curse, the mobs will instantly recurse :)

For anyone doing this use Elixer of poison resistance instead of the anti venom. There is no cooldown on the Elixer while there is a 1 min cd on the anti venom. HAPPY HUNTING :)

When Frost is playing I can see names (not health bar) from what seems like 40-50 yards? Way more than I am either way.

Well, I just got it. Saw a thread that said to go into interface options, names and check enemy players. Mine was already checked but I unchecked and checked it again and can now see mob's names as soon as I see them on the horizon. There is also a checkbox for nameplates (V as you said) so I guess they are somewhat different?

You run back and forth from the wall behind the pillar for LOS on Zef. You can skip the last boss Midway through the fight by getting imps and boss to lose LOS on pillar or by cave and using invis pot. I suggest you kill last boss. Decent loot and pretty easy.

Get 2 friends, heal and dps/tank, kill all 3 bosses share gold from crystals, still a good grind split 3 ways. You can do it with 2 aswell but need alot of gear.

Biggest problem for me is imps on last boss. They reach me before the safe spot. then they keep attacking. Either that or they drop combat but then I can't get past them even with invis pot, because they end up too close to entrance.

I don't think he raids in that spec due to fire resistance/immunity in MC. Fire mage isn't the best outside of dungeons until Naxx I believe. Hope this helps :]

Yeah I don't even let him get close to me. I keep him in limbo at all times and don't even get hit. I only use fire blast as it's easy. It may take a tad longer but it's not effort and no risk. I did this 1 hour after hitting 60.
