Been doing this 55-60 on my fresh mage. Got freezing band, 2 librams of const, and around 120g in greens/runecloth. Did not pull any of the fireguards, but I can confirm this is possible for a leveling mage. 5.3k mana, 2.2k hp. I'd highly recommend investing in the highest tier eagle gear, and if you can afford it glowing brightwood staff is a massive powerspike.

@@sirhuggles That should be more than enough, the difficulty of the pulls comes from the fleeing mobs, so do your best to keep them well clumped, when the first one or two start fleeing you nova + flamestrike coc and spam ae. It's a little inconsistent as to where they go, but generally you'll have the mana pool to ae until everything is dead. 100% of my wipes are from the fleeing mobs, the coc kiting is very simple once you get the hang of it.

This is a great grind for XP, but the gold is just "decent" if you dont get lucky with drops. I grinded from 54-59 before I stopped to grind pre-bis stuff. I only got vendor greens, so the money was good but not great.

Hey frost, I've recently returned to WoW classic and absolutely love your videos. You've given me the encouragement to keep trying, when I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall. I thought these grinds would be easy, but it has taken me a lot of practice to get to a point where I can consistently destroy large groups of enemies. Every time I'm fighting some dwarves, I tell myself, "stay away from them." Hope to see some videos for TBC. Looking forward to it.

Only the Warden mobs can cast nets. So in the first pull, towards the end if you see wardens.. Don't pull them :) Also, dogs hit harder than Elites. As a beginner you might want to take the same way back as you enter, where you open the gates with shadowforge key.

@@Kajuk All casting polymorph does is give you a second of breathing room, not to mention a priest can simply dispel it off you, and if you let it go it will regen your target to full health. Popping a free action potion makes you immune to frostbolt slow, coc slow, frost nova, and therefore you can just intercept and proceed to 1 or 2 shot me.

My main is a 60 shaman pretty well geared if I do say so myself...but farming gold is a pain so I'm leveling a mage on my 2nd account shes currently 41..im trying to get used to aoe leveling and these videos make me more hype than ever to get her to 60 so I too can generate mad gold per hour. @@andreibacsaev6113 There's a ledge in the shadowforge lock room you can jump on to and the mobs will run all the way around the top of the room and when you jump off they run all the way back, so you can just keep jumping on the ledge and aoe'ing 100% safe if you can make the jump.

On Mograne-EU runecloth only sells for 6s a peice, so 1g20 per stack on AH. I think this might be a great farm if you plan on farming for 10+ hours, should net you at least 1 libram i guess, which is +20g/h if you farm for 10 hours and get 1.

For those stuggling, a good tip is to make cone of cold one of your back/fwd mouse buttons, so when you start walking back you can click right away.

How the hell do i know when to cone of cold, i can never get all the mobs hit by it, they either half get hit and the ones at the back don't get slowed and just run up and kill me, or i miss them all completely. Is there an addon that will put a coloured circle round you, or a cone in front of you, indicating what's in cone of cold range ?

Try to get closer, but without getting hit. Also jumping increase lightly the Range of your spells. You also must get a talent (can't remember the name) that increases CoC/Blizzard/Nova Range.

I'm doing the same but rather for exp than gold. Noticed this was possible at around level 53 while killing the first 2 over and over again while waiting for the party to finally die their way in. So far I leveled to lv 57 and made 1200 gold with 1 freezeing band and 2 klang. What I find odd tho is the rarity of blue drops, got maybe 8 or 9.

Currently its 35k an hour if all play out well and I don't die ( happens alot if I accidently pull a fire lord). Not the best xpwise but yield much more gold than questing or the other instanced options (open world is a no go since pvp is almost as bad again as it was at the start of phase 2). Its almost the same as frost but I pull less mobs and I don't do the corridor since I can't get by the 3 mobs on the side without pulling them.

Hi Frost! Great video! Congrats on the great drops that run. Have you discussed Arcane Crystal grind as rogue in Silithus? It's a major class advantage. I've been doing it's very fun. Lots of pvp against other rogues but REALLY good money. I would say it averages around 80-100g an hour because Arcane Crystals are worth so much right now.

@@Frostadamus Oh I've got a pro rogue tip (comes in handy a lot if you're in the AC grind): If you're in stealth when you log out, when you log back in it will have a cooldown and you'll be out of stealth. However!! If you cancel stealth right before the logout timer ends, when you log in there will be no cooldown and you can immediately go back into stealth. :)

They Relic Coffer Keys do not sell for 30s. When looking at math, its not worth to buy them as a rogue for more then 25s/each. Otherwise doing something else than coffers nets you a higher average gold.

I started with just 3 mobs, and remember to always have your frost shield up before you go into your iceblock. After being able to do 3 mobs easily, grab more mobs as you get confident and bring health pots.

2 man jump runs with Mining. Herbing+Lashers DME. RFC/SFK/SM/ZF boosts. Mining+Herbing in world. Mining+Herbing+Elemental Earth farm in Mara. Warrior can do all of them, it's not going to be as fast as some other classes but it's fast enough to make 50+ gold per hour easily. All you need is one or both of the money making professions.

@@marciuns I don't really see the necessity for boot enchant, the most likely ways to die is not timing your IB nova properly at the start causing you to get hit by everything or getting killed by leeway which isn't a speed problem its a player range judging/mechanical problem. I've had no issues with it outside of the learning stage where the above things happened to me.

just saying mages can solo angerforge fairly well, same with hunters and id bet maybe warlocks? its a great moneymaker selling HOJ, i do it all the time on my server. 10g a run, 50g for its drop , and they pass all loot.

@@Frostadamus ive done around 700 Angerforge solo's now, and its definitely around a 1/20 droprate as the droprate states on atlasloot. so lets put this grind as a 4 hour grind for the buyers HOJ. they pay 10g a run and if they are on droprate, they are paying around 250g. On top of that i get all the blue bop's from the boss besides HOJ and all the elemental fires AH for like 4g-5g per and i get a handful of em. its gerat to do on my hunter for gold if i have a customer ready to buy HOJ, so i just post in world/trade my macro whenever im around. the downside of this moneymaker is that it relies on another person as its all a player interactive moneymaker, compared to tributes which you can just wake up, slap a mage for water, and fly out to dm north, but i dislike dm north overall, because in my 450 clears of tributes its just frustrating to have to respec each time to do it, and it can be tilting to die in tribute as its much easier to die there due to feign death resists that are impossible to stall, whereas at angerforge its very very hard to die. If you need to hear more about it let me know, its a great hunter moneymaker, that can be done by any ranged i believe, but dont quote me!

What no? 1x Runecloth to vendor sells for 4s. Making them into Runecloth bandage get that up to 5s per runecloth. Making Heavy Runecloth is 2g/stack BUT you need 40 runecloth to make a stack so its also 5s each to vendor. Meaning its 1g/stack of runecloth
