Since it snows a lot in the Dark Cacao Kingdom, my headcanon is Frost Queen Cookie would visit Dark Cacao Cookie in his dreams to have long chats with him, and it's the only time he's comfortable being emotional. It helps that both Dark Cacao and Frost Queen Cookies have stoic and aloof personalities. Not to mention Dark Cacao Kingdom is located in one of the coldest regions on EarthBread, so it makes sense that Frost Queen would visit the place occasionally. Great job, pal!
