I can't blame Mia, that basket has got 'cat bed' written all over it!! I have a similar basket, with a pillow and woolly scrappy crochet blanket and it has been a firm favorite for my cat. When she is bothering me a lot while I work, I even put it on my desk, so she can be close to me without being in my face. And I mean litteraly in my face! Works really well for the both of us.😆

TGTG is international - I love using them for a huge bag full of baked goods from our local convenience shop. 🤩 The frosty landscape looked gorgeous. We’re not quite there yet here in southern Norway but dry leaves are flying everywhere in the wind. 🍁🌾

The glass fix you can safely do yourself actually. There is tutorials on KZbin about it...I've done it with cool looking gin bottles and turned them into vases some of them holding brushes my kitchen utensils, actually none of them flowers...haha. anyways you basically just need a glass cutter and find a way to scratch a straight line all the way around your glass. Then you pour ice cold and boiling hot water alternating over the seam and after a few times it just popped of 😊. Then you take some sandpaper and sand the sharp edges...done 👍

My cats love baskets. I recommend an old tshirt etc to lay on top of your shawl. Easier than trying to stop Mia from laying there. T-shirts collect cat fur nicely and they can be tossed in the wash or given a good shake outside to remove the fur. I use old t-shirts in all of our cat beds too. Again easy to keep up with the fur plus if the cat fur is stuck to the tshirt it’s not floating around the house 😉

How ultra sweet is Mia. Couldn’t find our cat this evening. Knew he was in the house though. Eventually found him asleep on the clean white bedding i had in the bedding basket - but had forgotten to close the lid 🤭he is a black cat so the bedding will be in a state🙈.

We call Dunelm Dune LM...our local radio station used to Dune. Our Wilko is now a pound shop which is good. We are getting a big Sainsbury soon and I can't wait to look at their clothes. Even better Hobbycraft is opening next door xx

We have Too Good To Go in the US but it’s not near where I live. However, my kiddo is studying in Cork, Ireland and there are loads of venues there. I have encouraged him to try it out because I want to vicariously experience it. So far he has not obliged. 😢

we woke up to frost on Sunday and as the temperature had dropped to 15 degrees in the lounge/ kitchen the boiler had come on. we now have it set to come on for an hour in the morning and an hour before we go to bed. we just wrap up through the day.

Awe. All cats love crochet. Our Mia, the 14 year old dog, looks up whenever you say Mia. Shes so funny, senile, almost totally blind and just as happy as when she was a tiny puppy. Anyway. Brr cold looking but beautiful video walking 😍in the begin of the vlog. I am thinking of the place of the medicin above the fridge is that not to warm because the warm of the fridge is comming from behind and than warms the medicin maybe.. And the place putting things than the fridge have maybe problems with cooling. To good to go is here also in the netherlands it is a lot of un healthy things in the ap and a little vegetables and good things. Maybe it aluminium foil on the top of the basket helping the cat away from it some cats don’t loving the feeling of it. The last Wilkos shut on the 8th October. The Range had bought the brand name, so the website is still up and running, and The Range will probably have Wilko branded items in the future. We're actually pretty bummed it's gone, it's like when Woolworths went under. We had our first proper frost last night, woke up to the large field across the road being completely white.

Clearly, Mia cannot care less xD Cats, they'll always do what they want, whether we like it or not. One of the many things I love about the UK: the self restrain of having just one biscuit with your cuppa. I reckon people here would eat the whole packet. I wondered, do you have heated floors? I see you're mostly always bare foot around the house, even in winter or like in this video, when you said it was chilly. I wouldn't be able to be without socks. I'd freeze my ass off xD I also feel the radio on in the morning is too much! I struggle a lot when people at home listen to the radio (and TV) loud first thing in the morning.
