One thing i kind of hate about the everscaling content is that it promotes sustained damage builds as the only viable option it seems. Do you think there is a way to make something like the vanilla ice shard build work? like teleport into frostnova = screen explodes? Or will it foreever fall short because of the high healthpool on bosses?

How do you deal with the mana problem? i only use 2 orbs and i run out of mana... thoughts?

Avalanche solves all mana problems....

mana per second on helmet if no tibaults, tibaults, staff with resource cost reduction, can roll Frigid breeze on a ring tempering

So, this build can clear T200 Pit. I just saw it. BUT that's a lot of frozen orbs on the screen. And the bosses 1-shot you. Not sure how much DR you would need to stack to avoid being 1-shotted.

Thoughts on casting hydras for burning instead of firebolt enchant? I think i saw in the patch notes the baseline hydra count is at 2, so in theory we could pop 3 with the aspect or 4 with aspect + enchant. May not be optimal, but infortunately i am a console pleb and cannot try it out yet. Frozen orb + hydra build is what i hope to try though. Appreciate your vids and builds.

You could. It just doesn’t have good aeo and it’s an extra button to press all the time.
