My father is his patient...Dr Saleem Bashir is very professional, soft, loving and loyal doctor... But unfortuntaly he is very commercial... For the private patients...He ask his patient to visit him each week and charges Rs. 2000 per visit :( Even when he advises for MRI or tests and when we bring reports he again charge fee for that even its a post check up visit, unlike other doctors... 4 visits per month with this fee really hurts...

بھائ آپ 200گرام السی کے لیں اس کو گرینڈ کر کے پوڈر بنا لیں اور رات کو کھانے کے بعد دو چمچ دیسی گھی کو معمولی سا گرم کر کے اس میں دو چمچ السی کا پوڈر ڈال کر استعمال کریں اور صبح نہار منہ اسی طرح بنا کر کھانا ہے اور جب تک 200 گرام السی پوڈر ختم نہیں ھوتا استعمال کریں انشاء اللہ تعالیٰ عظیم بہتر ہو جائے گا اگر کچھ کسر رہے جاۓ تو مزید 100گرام پوڈر بنا کر استعمال کریں اگر مسلعہ پوراناھو ویسے 200گرام ہی کافی ہو جاتا ہے

I used elastic bans about 3feet long 3 inch wide .tied one end to a firm pole at heigt of shoulder and pulling toward me about 10 times then turn around pulling away from shoulder. On youtube PRECISION WELLBEING explains this.
