Me too! That was probably the most devastating injury I have ever had. It was really hard. Thank you for watching and for your concern!

Greetings! Is there a way to know or to contact National Personnel Records Center? VA told me they are waiting on some STR from them, but since December 2022, no response from NPRC... I submitted my STR, but VA tells me they don't need nothing from me. Is a Internal Request.. what should I Do

I am so sorry to hear this! Unfortunately that is not something I am familiar with. Have you checked with a VSO?

I have consistent shoulder pain every day and limited ROM. MRI's for shoulder and entire arm came back negative, I'm not sure where it stems from.

Quick question, had shiulder surgery in 1983. Great results and shoulder was great. Joined militart in 1985. Went to Gulf War in 1991 and injured same shoulder playing basketball after work. Documented in STR. Got out in 1992. Over the years shoulder has become painful and I lost a lot of motion. Judt gilef a claim for shoulder pain in 2023. Any chance to win? I'm doubting it cause I think a rating decision will say my pain is more likely than not caused by my initial surgery and not the traumatic fall I had during the military. What do you think? Any tios fir my c&p, if they even schedule one? Thank you and please keeping making great content.

Hey sir it is hard to say. Often times pre-existing issues can be aggravated beyond the natural progression by a service related injury. Have you seen my shoulder pain C&P exam video yet? That may be helpful. I am glad you are enjoying the videos.

I have that in my elbows and shoulders but since “you were not diagnosed in service, you will be denied.” (Yes I was told that by an LHI and VES examiners when I have went to C&P exams.) So, I just gave up. It’s to exhausting and stressful, to deal with the process. As they said in the Corps, “You will die one day and no more pain. But, for now, deal with it.” I have never once had a goniometer used on me for range of motion. But, they sure lie and said they did.

I am so sorry to hear this sir. Goniometers are really important for that range of motion measurement.
