This was one of the resources I submitted before the BVA judge remanded my claim back to the R.O. in June for further consideration of my osteoarthritis & chrondomalacia of my knees. While still pending I’m hopeful. During my C&P exam the examiner said “so what do you attest this to, PT while in?” “Well that could be a contributing factor but I was a 13F (Forward Observer), attached to an infantry line company for 9 years.” I submitted this along with the AR Pam 40-501 PULHES and Ms. Call referenced these in her Nexus letter last November. So there’s some hope although it’s an uphill battle. Thanks for putting these out there, Leah!

WAY.TO.WORK.LEAH! You're the only VA Disability Content provider that I trust...excellent work. This video really speaks to my soul. Like so many...I'm up the creek, without a paddle. I was in the 3rd Infantry Division 89-94, Expert Infantry, E5, VA also denied my musculoskeletal issues, which are also on appeal status....I'm in pain, everyday....can't even drive straight, nor do 1 single push up.

I’m sorry to hear this sir. I am not aware of a similar document for the marines
I'm a 20 year infantry Marine who just retired. Look up the Infantry Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual. It'll have loads and distances and whatnot for each MOS specific task. Also, it'll have the MOS Specific Physical Standards (MSPS) for 0300 and 0331.

Many of those are not MOS's but rather skill identifiers.

@prestigeveteranmedical She correct, except in the Army, the 18-series MOS is reserved for Special Forces, and most Special Forces soldiers also hold the skill identifiers of Ranger and Airborne, among others.

Now I know this is mainly Army talk but I was Marines, 0311 Raid Company and 13th MEUSOC and I dont know if there is such information on what we do but most of the stats I just seen here are way below what we did, example ruck marches for us were min 80 lbs ruck and march for 50 miles in 9 hours, we did that every dam Friday starting at midnight wake up call, that was back in my day 84-88 im now at 80% and still waiting on VA to clear more claims, Im sure some if not most of my claims are on the low side but its been a learning curve dealing with the VA and a up hill struggle, waiting now on CPAP rating that I have been on since mid 2000's and they have denied even with buddy statement, increase right knee rating from a 10% which when done was olny a single rating, recently put in for TDUI, waiting for increase in PTSD/Anxiety from 50% hopfully to 70% and I have several more claims to be written up yet, and yes I do have an attorney working on this and still the VA fights me with all the proper I's dotted and T's crossed.

@@sleeps0341 write to Commandant. He'll refer you to PIO who'll give you a song & dance but there maybe something in Archives or ITR he can access. Remember the shit changes time to time i.e. hand to hand 90's forward is more in depth than the 60's.

I am a licensed medical professional if that is what you are asking. Accredited legal professionals are not qualified to write medical opinions as they are legal professionals. If you are specifically asking if I am an accredited attorney or other accredited legal professional, the answer is no because I do not preform those functions. There is no such thing as VA accreditations for medical professionals. These are two very different roles. I hope that clarifies. Additionally if you ever want to know if an individual representing claimants is accredited all you have to do it look it up as this is public information.
