I used to run a donut shop and if anyone likes bread pudding as much as Josh (and I) do I recommend using day old apple fritters or day old donut holes to make your bread pudding. Bear claws or cinnamon twists work pretty good too, even just regular glazed, but apple fritter and donut holes work best imo
