As someone that works in the sandwich industry I feel morally obligated to inform you that a Reuben is made with corned beef, not pastrami. If it’s made with pastrami, it’s technically called a Rachel

A Reuben is always made with corned beef, I've never yelled corned beef at my phone so many times as when I watch this video. A Rachel is made with turkey. I know modern sandwich shops don't follow rules, but those are the rules.

Was scrolling through comments to look for this before I typed it. As a person who worked in a deli for 20 years and had to make Reubens we always used corned beef when we made them and was confused to the point where I had to google it to make sure I remembered correctly. Yes indeed it is corned beef typically.

I will admit I enjoy weekdays better then weekends simply because of GMM, y'all make my mornings better.
