I think using a slider for cutoff is a big mistake.......But you have have shown me how to make my left slider variable for my flaps and crow....Thank you very much

Me too. It makes me cringe when I hear about people using a pot as the arming switch. To me it has to be quick and easy to access. Still, hopefully the tutorial will help people out in other applications. Glad you made use of it Steve 👍🏻

Throttle cut is a safety feature, so never set it to a control that is so prone to being moved accidentally.

Accidentally moved is more a lack of muscle memory than using a bad control. I would rather very rarely accidentally disarm than be hindered when I needed to. 100% it’s safety. But to me, that means disarming as quickly as possible, when needed. The loss of a model is insignificant in comparison to the loss of fingers.

@@MrD Agreed, but with a slider it is very easily accidently back in armed mode while you might be thinking to be safe. Accidentally disarming is not my concern.

Oh true. I personally would never use a slider for arming. That was just what was requested for a video.
