Gotta think about it a bit. I've spent alot of money on bad clothes. If you find a shirt or shorts or pants you REALLY like, that fits you REALLY well, you technically can buy a handful of those pieces and be satisfied; Rather than buying tons and tons of cheap corpo garbage that never really fits how you like or how you expect and always looking mid for it anyway. Like if you are really interested in fashion and are interested in being frugal about it, either shop vintage or look for high quality products that are designed to fit a certain way (and of course get your measurements); which is essentially what he was saying in the video.

I'm not defending Christian here, but this is not how cotton behaves imo. You sweat enough with a cotton shirt and the shirt changes colour bro. They don't make training kit and jerseys for athletes in cotton anymore because it just soaks up the sweat and gets heavy af. Rayon is a very high quality material (however it's pretty unethically sourced). So cotton isn't the be all and end all for clothing. It's just the jack of all trades type thing.

As an athletic/slim homie, I agree with the boxy/crop cut which also translates well to hoodies. Broader cut through the shoulders, cropped at the hem, slightly longer in the sleeve so it comes to about above the elbow, but not past it... thats just me tho

Honestly imo, the best affordable plain t’s are goodfellow from target. Yeah they might not hold up forever, but for the fit/drape and a pack of 3 for $15, you can’t go wrong. Thought mans was gonna mention brands tho, CDG plain ts are good also ($40+), also if you’re a thicc boi/built boi pro clubs are good as well 🤷‍♂️

I actually think heavyweight tshirts are better. It keeps its shape better after washing and it always looks good when you're moving around doing crazy acrobatics. The lighter tshirts you mentioned can be inconsistent fitting because they move around a lot, especially in windier weather.
