Thank you for your query. I understand you wanted to know, if we do not refrigerate how long it will remain good. To tell frankly, I have not tested like that. But, it remains good (even after slicing ) for 2-3 days. Because, by then the cakes never remain. In case, you want to keep longer then after baking let the cake cools down (takes 2-3 hours). Wrap with cling wrap well & keep it inside a paper box. It should remain good for a week at least in Indian winter.

Tumi definitely butter use korte paro. Butter diye caker taste onek better hoi. Tumi jemon bolecho, butter ta melt kore nebe.
