You should lay off the juice drinking a bit. Furthermore, fruits contain calories, especially the mangoes. Drink water; zero calories. And if you really watching your weight, limit the amount of fruits you consumed daily as well as the proportions. Vegetables are much healthier than fruits cause they are less sweeter. A cup of carrot juice is much more healthier than this what you made because you used mangoes and. Watermelon that are high in calories. Pineapple is another fruit that is high in calories. June plum juice is healthier than pineapple juice.
