Yes dear. I will be sharing ALL😀😀. The basic recipe for simple sugar is 1 part sugar to 1 part water. The bowl had 3 cups sugar and I filled the same bowl with water for the 1:1 ratio. I hope this helps❤️

Onuawaa, I'm the poster child for GMO fruits. Everything makes my throat and skin itch. To get around it, I have to either boil or grill the fruits before eating. I also have a monthly prescription of anti itch medication that I carry on me to take before I eat fresh veggies or fruits. I thought I was the only one with the crazy itch. The good side is when I go to Ghana, I eat everything with no side effects. So I know it is not me but whatever is used to grow these produce here in US is causing these itch. Love the drinks. Will be trying the cooked or grilled versions. Lol!

My hubby also has bad pollen allergy at time's he boils sam water and add freshly grated garlic and a little honey and drink it. I don't noe who prescribed that to him bt it seems to really help him Ps with sam ginger♥♥♥
