RECIPE:
For cutlets:
any minced meat - 800 g
onion - 1 piece
salt and pepper to taste
seasoning (I have hops-suneli) - 1 tsp with a slide
For a fur coat:
tomatoes - 2 pieces of medium size
boiled chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
cheese - 130 g
dill - 1 sprig
garlic - 1 clove
sour cream - 2 tablespoons with a slide
Oven 180 degrees - 30 - 35 minutes in top-bottom heating mode. Last 5 minutes - 200 degrees in convection mode.
