From what I heard his bombastic nature freaked Akito so much she wanted nothing to do with him. I think the only other one spared from Akito was Ritsu which honestly isn't a surprise. I don't think Kagura suffered much either due to her violent nature popping up at random.

Kagura’s and Ritsu’s mums seem to actually care about their kids so they probably tried to protect them from Akito. We see Kagura’s mum tell Kagura how to not get involved in matters concerning Akito. Same goes for Hiro. Only reason Akito affected him is cause he willingly went to her to confess his love for Kiss without realising the consequences
