I don't know about any preseverative, i keep it inside the freezer and it stay up to month. You can sell frozen one too. Hv seen people do.

@@fejiroohwahwa4493 do you mean it not sweet enough after adding it, if yes you can add more, jaggery is very sweet even more than date, do you taste the jaggery first before adding it. I used 2 pairs for 10 liter
