Just found sorrel and mixed it with cloves, cinnamon, and anise. All are supposed to help with digestion. So good together.

I love sorrel. I add bay leaves, star anise, cloves, allspice, ginger, and fresh lemon (or orange). Sometimes I add fresh cranberries I froze from the holidays. Also, I don't add sugar unless I'm making it for a guest.

i found some of this at a specialty store. it was difficult to track down cus the other sorrel is a leafy green, not a flower. i acquired .17 lbs for $1.58 usd to try it (looks like 2 heaping handfuls). how much water should i use with this amount for a representative experience? Mabie add a water per sorrel weight guide? (p.s. sorrel is also a horse color, and a green leafy vegetable)

Wow, very good that definitely provides a boost to your immune system. Quick disclaimer tho, I’m no doctor but based on my research drinking too much of it can be harmful so I would consult your doctor to see what’s best for you. It’s a great drink with lots of benefits, but everything in moderation. But ask your doctor.
