Richard Dawson was the old Family Feud host in the 70s. Plus, if their max refund was $1,200, it would not have allowed the $13,000 to be deducted. It would have said, "it exceeds refund amount." Crazy how they got so much time on their hands that they can literally come up with a script! Thieves will get what they deserve.

The customer supposedly entered too much money on a "banking server", the bank is unable to stop the transaction and instead allows the transaction to go through and freezes all the rest of the funds, so now the company can't conduct any more business 😀 Nice job illustrating how ridiculous that is.

It's funny how the system is so quick to detect that too much money has been transferred to a single customer that it shuts down the business account almost immediately. And yet, for some reason, it doesn't prevent these bad transactions from going through in the first place, even though it apparently is able to detect them. 🤔 I'd suggest they sue the software programmer if they want their money back 🤣

Lol its funny that they would say it's a refund account and the bank blocks their account after giving too big of a refund like there's no other people that would be requesting refunds. That's not how any of this works. The hold would be on the account receiving money and only for receiving more. I love talking to these scammers and poking holes in their logic.

What you need to do is go to your bank and withdraw the money then go deposit the cash at an atm to their account that wouldn't allow an online transfer because it was frozen. Wut....? Shouldve asked how they took all your money but couldn't take back the money they sent. Such idiots.
