The problem with IT industry in India is that most of the time managers sitting at higher level have no management abilities, on top of that, they are not leaders they are just managers. Moreover, the developers dont have balls to say no either, the simple reason is they have fear to loose jobs, but actually they dont have enough knowledge either, because if you have good knowledge of the stuff that you do then you can dictate on your own terms. I worked like 8 years in India, and i saw myself such architects and developers who wont even look at the director or managers while working. But managers and directors wont even touch them because they know that there is no point messing with these guys !

Same incident happened with me and guess what mute button was working fine. I was so frustrated that I forgot to keep call on mute and started vomiting out my frustration. Luckily nothing much happened as My voice was not audible clearly because of surrounding noise and echos. God is great 🙏

Mute button is an instrument of expression for IT guys. Most of us who had been working for a long time, would have encountered this scenario. Either Mute button not working or forgot to mute on the client call. Talking about act, Loved this act, Kudos to Parth:). The problem becomes really alarming when you know things are not correct, Manager starts taking decisions based on what he feels instead on merit, and his boss blindly support him because they had some sort of deal. And icing of the cake where HR also absolutely a mute spectator and nothing more of a puppet. Ab employee kya kare. We need a stricter law on this as well taki in Haramkhoron ko thoda dar lage , they are harassing employees and making their life hell. And we as employees should start speaking against such asshole managers and leaders , tabhi inki phatni shuru hogi.
