Hi guys, welcome back to another episode of FRY-Yay. On today's video, we make some salt and pepper fries or salt and pepper chips. I used fresh-cut potatoes but feel free to use frozen. I also made so baked chicken tenders with panko breadcrumbs to accompany these pepper fries. I served these with a homemade honey mustard dipping sauce and garlic sauce. See below for measurements used for seasoning blend, honey mustard sauce and coating.
Honey Mustard Sauce
1 tbsp or 15ml dijon mustard
1 tbsp or 15ml yellow mustard
2 tbsp/1/8 cup or 30ml mayonnaise
2 tbsp or 30ml honey
1 tsp or 5ml apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Seasoning Blend
1/4 tsp adobo
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Badia complete seasoning
1/4 tsp Maggi chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Fries
half medium white onion
1 red chilli (rib and seeds removed)
2 cloves garlic
2 scallions/green onions
1 tsp Chinese seasoning
salt to taste

7 mini chicken breast fillets
1 cup or 236ml panko breadcrumbs
1/2 parsley
1 large egg (beaten)
