So which do you use now? 75 or 100??

We've only ever needed the 75. There has been no occasion yet where we'd rather have had the 100!

I’m seriously considering to purchase this Sachtler 75 mm bowl tripod. Especially after watching your video. The price difference between the two is so enormous is that 75mm-er is the way to go. Are there adapters that would allow you to place a 100 mm bowl head onto the 75 mm bowl tripod? And if so, what are they called? I will highly appreciate your detailed response.

There are only 75mm to 100mm adapters it doesn't work the other way around. You can change the size of the bowl on your head to a 75 with a few spanners.

Will the 15sb 100mm head provide smooth pans without any shake at all, when using a 600mm lens with Sony FS5? how much better will it be when compared to the fsb8 head?

Depends who's using it! In theory the bigger version should give more stability, but I've not had any problems shooting long lens on the 75. Have a look at my Sony 200-600 videos - all were shot with the Flowtech 75.

👍Heavy is good, heavy is reliable. If it doesn't work, you can always hit them with it☝️ (c) Boris the blade😂 100mm is my choice for life)) Even 150 sometimes. But now, then i have to shoot long travel documentaries quite often, i started thinking more and more about 75 mm. system. Normally, i plan to buy flowtech 75 with mid. spreader and sachtler activ 8 or 6. It's not my favorite type of tripod legs, but it's quite compact, lightweight an very fast in use. And it' s construction is harder to break.

Yeah the mid level spreader on the 100 is like $650 by itself.

Never used full drag on anything ever. If you want a smooth pan or tilt on a long lens don't use the pan handle, put your hands around the base and strangle it with medium or low friction.
