So, of course you don't have to go for your Helicopter Commercial License first, that's just something you convinced yourself of because you saw it and thought it was your only or next path, but that is a decision choice. The heli endorsement is to the right of your PPL, and the Airplane Commercial endorsement is on the LEFT of your PPL. I don't fly helicopters so I went for the Airplane Commercial and got that on my first attempt, easy mission too. And if you move on in career, you will find icons all around the Earth, if your looking to do a "Ferry" mission (which is how I'm spending my time) you'll want to look at Germany, I could be wrong but that is where I found the only Ferry missions, and I'd rather fly somebody's plane to them than listen to their AI passengers. But the Commercial endorsement is up to you, I just don't think you saw it, hope this helps.

I'm hooked on the missions lol I'm currently doing the skydiving ones 😂 I too kept getting the max speed flaps penalty lol I usually use them to slow down 🤔 I should probably stop doing that 😂

Because content creators have been perpetually working to get past loading screens, fumble through the god awful menus, and reload a zillion times for that opportunity to record a few dozen minutes of uploadable content while avoiding touching any bugged aircraft or menu function. The content on YT has never been representative of my experience with MSFS going back 4 years with a few exceptions from 3rd party aircraft.

Different servers in different parts of the world. For example I have seen lots of complaints that the UK servers just don't work, but if you VPN to Dublin it works fine.

Goole will typically tell you what the best landing speed is for each aircraft - watching videos is also a good source of information (and manuals for the modules - if supplied).

SO far my turtle beach and Bravo quadrant won't bind to half the stuff. Mouse in the cockpit is like beetlejuices head spin, and I've messed with sensitivity. Very laggy and my internet is over 400 mps, and I can't set up my multiple monitors. Guess I'll wait a few weeks and see if it gets any better.

I have been enjoying your contents ever since you helped me out with my set up on the xbox using the the Thrustmaster T-flight as my stick and throttle and a mouse. I used the mouse for free look in the cockpit and to click on stuff. It worked great! This new version of the sim has been a disaster. My left click on the mouse isn’t working, i can’t use free look. Can you plz make a video for the settings. Thx!

I believe the AI voice is simulating them talking through a head set. So it has that radio sound. But I could be wrong, and if I am, I'm sticking to my radio story.

I’m excited to try this, as well as the photography stuff. I can’t get my drone to go up and down using the Xbox controller so photo mode will have to wait. Today I’ll try VR - TrackIR still isn’t working. Overall the new sim is great, and I’m sure the bugs will be worked out soon. Grand Canyon is 1000% better in 2024.

@ I flew the Grand Canyon in the Cabri and it looks amazing, even on my 3060ti and Quest 2. My graphics are set on high end so frame rate was terrible but I wasn’t expecting max performance. Frame rate really isn’t that important to me so it was really enjoyable until I made myself sick. I think I can tweak some settings and improve performance. Well worth the flight!

You don't get paid for any of those first flight missions. You have to get your CPL next... Click back on Certification and take the CPL exam. It's only 2500 credits for that exam.

Logitech panels have no drivers for msfs 2024. Game doesn't recognize the multi panel, switch panel, etc Also there are no sensitivity settings for the Tobii eye tracker

Yeah on the path boxes I wish they would just display 3 or 4 ahead of your flight instead of ALL of them! When all are displayed it is very cluttered and confusing!

So, series X now loads the game, and I was able to get my licence and complete the first sightseeing mission. But now, when I try to do another mission, it gets stuck loading it.

Can you modify the color of the sky boxes? Would be nice if the closer skuboxes were of a different shade or intensity than the farther ones. That would help distinquish which way to go when the sky is full of boxes.

I wasn't knocking you, but just want to bring the frustration of many UK committed simmers to the fore. I've been a MS Simmer form many years and love the idea of jumping in an aircraft and taking to the sky's. and love the Sim. What upsets me is the fact that a major corporation is all too keen to take our money but not so keen to publicly admit there has been a major issue, and not keeping their customers informed of the current situation. I wish you well and hope all goes well for your channel.
