FSCM connection issues throwing P069e (bad connection at terminal)

2010 equinox FSCM (Fuel System Control Module) Throwing hard code at startup and also after code clear for P069e. Car runs and drives with no issues. Customer replaced Module and programmed to the car. The issue still persists. The dealer was suspecting bad PCM.
A generic scan tool would only read p069e code for the customer. Using a good scan tool reading the code from the FSCM we found a code for loss of ign 1 voltage at the FSCM.
1. Checked for Power at the fuse box.
2. Checked for a possible bad wire.
3. Checked for power at the terminal with the terminal removed from the connector.
All of the above inspection points passed.
Solution
Metal contact bar inside the pin was pushed against the wall of the terminal. (I can assume from the angle of the wire being pulled to one side) Used pick tool and pushed metal contact bar inside the pin back across the terminal pin and the problem has been fixed.
We have seen this issue two times to date. Please inspect this pin before replacing any FSCM with IGN1 Voltage Codes.

Hello can you please describe how to physically do the "repair"? I inserted a pin into the holes and i dont think i necessarily opened the metal contact.

I have a 2011 Chevy Camaro with the same code, it’s also throwing a p0102 code for the MAF, the fuse blows as well and the engine sputters at crank…any thoughts, my mechanic can’t figure it out

You can not buy just the gasket.

This is an old video but if anyone can help please, i have this code but also have a P2635 (fuel pump flow perormance) do you think i need a new fueld pump or should replacing the module fix both

Low flow usually means that it’s a bad fuel pump

I also had my fuel pump module replaced and still had code p069e the car doesn’t start sometimes at warm starts on my 2016 camaro. Any suggestions please help dealer can’t find the issue

Need to look at the pins. To have a dealer install a new module and get the same code something else is going on. Hard to believe two modules in a row being bad. Need to get a scan tool that can read FSCM codes. So you need more then a basic tool. Pull codes from the FSCM and let us know what you find. I bet you have a pin issues on one of the pins.

Hi, i own a Chevy Malibu 2.4 Litre I have code P069e sometimes. It comes only when i ride for along time in a hot weather and the Air condition is opened. Otherwise i have no code and no issue, As soon as MIL lights up, the car starts to stop with no response to fuel acceleration, the time i see this problem, i turn the Air Conditioning off then the car runs well, and if i left the car closed for hours the MIL Will disappear, and the problem come again if ride in hot weather opening the air conditioning system. I hope you guide me what to do??

Sounds like a fuel pump. There will be two codes. Get a scanner that can read more than just the p069e code.

@@d46512 p018b-00 Feul pressure sensor performance & p2635-00 Feul pump flow performance This is the 2 codes i got. But concern it doesn’t appear if the climate is good and I’m opening THE AC , it appears only when the weather is hot and the AC OPENED and i driver for a period of time.

@@abdou1284 if the pressure sensor gives bad readings then the fscm computer will give bad commands to the pump. It may not supply enough fuel or even too much fuel.

I replaced the fuel pressure sensor, but the problem still comes again. I need a method to fix or to know what is the problem It comes every year to in the hot weather How shall i know the needed pressure ?
