I have had this version of the software go into a left turn only lane when the Nav said go straight. This was when there were no cars in the left-only lane and 4 cars in the straight lane. I took over and turned left so as to not try to force my way in front of the other cars going straight. I have also had the direct the car into a straight-ahead lane when it should've go into the right-turn lane. I took over and got into the correct lane and made the turn. I found v12 unuseable, v13 is much better, and I use it regularly, but it's definitely not robo-taxi ready yet.

@@dennisgeake2156 yea it seems to be trying too hard to go around cars to try and save time and then puts itself in a precarious position where it just either breaks the law, reroutes or forces its way back into the correct lane.

The 13.2.2.1 seem to be quite a bit worse than the V13.2.2.0 or you really got the unlucky end of the distribution of issues.

this is why I could never, would never Trust these systems. if you're in a car driving somewhere on your own - you're there to drive yourself somewhere, not let a janky "ai" do it for you.

This “janky AI” is way better than it used to be and it’s continuing to improve. I use it everyday 90% of the time and simply take over when it does something stupid. It’s not hard to do and is overall worth it for monotonous daily driving where all I need to do is supervise. It’s less stressful because I don’t have to touch the wheel or pedals. I’m more observant because all I have to do is watch the road.
