As mentioned before. The remote does not come for free. They just sent it to you guys. I ordered this thing in Germany and not even the tripod came in the case. Says it "optional" in the manual... And here comes the kicker, without the remote AND the tripod, with 730 euros, it's still the most expensive gimbal on the German market. Time to up your game Moza. I was very disappointed when I saw that even the tripod was not included.

Here in Canada as well. This is the third video I have watched where the presenter has gotten a premium package and quotes the price of the basic one which is just the handle, some cables and batteries. Driving me batshit trying to find the best one for my budget!!

The real advantage of the remote is in the dual handle configuration. Without the remote you'd have a tough time using the joystick. In the dual handle setup you mount the remote on the bar and now you have the ability to control the movement with your thumb, just like you would in the 1-hand setup.

Thanks for sharing. I´m about to buy a gimbal for my Canon 5 DM 3. I did really like the Moza Air, but then I saw the Zhiyun Crane 2 not the v2 and now I can´t decide between the two of them. The Crane 2 has follow focus integrates and can hold even more weight than the Moza. BUt not sure which would be best. Any thought of make a video with the Crane 2 or maybe even with both of them?

HELP: I bought the Moza Air and I use a Sony a6500 + 10-18 lens + a RodeMico. It is balanced perfectly and it weighs in at 1kg. It just fits within the gimbal to move 360deg all around. BUT, the problem is, I am unable to tilt the camera up/down more than 45deg. If I adjust the head with the joystick it stops at 45deg and after a few seconds, the motors stop.... How do I fix this? It says its a full 360deg rotation, but it definitely is not! I changed the min/max angles to 180deg but no changes. The app is somewhat confusing and doesn't properly work on apple and especially on the android.

just got a second Air in after returning the first due to vibrating issue. But this one has the same issue. After updating firmware and calibrating, the gimbal vibrates as hell when turned on with a A6000+Sigma 16mm. Also, when using autotune first the camera spins a few times before autotuning. Any tips on how to fix this? I tried several lenses.

I've owned this one since June. It replaced my Ronin M. Sooo much better. Only downside to buying early on is that they keep changing what accessories you get. Started off with a terrible battery charger, then shipped with a better one, then they added the mini tripod legs, and now the controller. Wish they would retroactively send all the add-ons to people who took a chance on them before any reviews were out. Having used almost every gimbal out there, this one is my favorite... AND it also happens to be one of the cheapest.

Jarvin Hernandez crane is still fantastic! This just has a few more bells and whistles for a bit less money. In the end you'll likely be getting the same results.
