at the hexahedral auto calibration: do u mean when i cant calibrate because lens bumps in the gimbal, to take off lens and do the calibration without repositioning the camera body? then the motors would struggle to keep itself in level

How do I stop the gimbal from moving side to side and only up and down? im unable to figure out in app. In one of the mode it still sways just a bit. Please help. Thanks

If you want the gimbal to move up/down, you need to switch to tilt follow mode; if you want it to move side to side, please switch to pan(yaw) follow mode

My moza air is in version 1.0.20 I can not update it for anything. it is simply not in update mode. Help me please.

To resolve the "No Moza device found" issue (common issue), you have to open the driver file and install the driver before opening the app to perform the update. The driver install is the missing piece that allows the app to talk to the Moza device. This corrected the issue for me.

I'm never purchasing again a gudsen product. As far as the quality of the product itself, I don't have any complaints. But God their Tech Support and Client Services are awful. I've been trying to update the gimbal for over 5 months and get nowhere. I've tried multiple OS, multiple computers, I've even tried to upgrade it via the mobile app and get nothing. I've tried to contact them and they never replied. Next time, I'll spend some extra bucks and buy from a reputable brand like DJI...
