I think every player this staff brought in will make an immediate impact. Just look at what we had on the field last season. No effort, what so ever. Norvell is not letting 2-10 happen again ever. Everyone makes an impact. GO NOLES!

Number one to me is all the new OL. If they can just bring the play up to average, it will improve the team.

Love your channel and your insights. I do have one request, however, and that's to stop treating the 2024 season as anything BUT the biggest anomaly in the history of CFB. If you want to compare it to something, a fitting example would be the asteroid that hit the Earth 65 million years ago and wiped out the dinosaurs. Prior to that cosmic event being accepted as the cause, there were lots of reasons why the dinosaurs died out - all of which sounded plausible despite all of them being wrong. Likewise, there were no shortage of reasons for why our season last year was wiped out and they ranged from the reasonable to the ridiculous. Norvell didn't have an answer either but he chose the only solution under his control to make - replacing the staff and players who were responsible for that season with those who weren't.
