My motor is goolrc combo 3650 motor 3500kv with 60amp esc/ is bolt on/coupler3.175 to 3mm/ stock prop /stock servo /2s 1300mah 35c battery

hey! I Have problems on screwing the 3.175 to 3mm coupler on my Ft009. The ting is that the 3mm end won't perfectly fit on the boat's shaft, either I srew a little bit more one of the screws it becomes unstable at high speeds and it sounds like a drill. No matter how much time I try to fix, it will be unstable, maybe I have sanded too much on the shaft?
