It says the ESC is fully waterproof but the fan isnt ..so its not advised to get it wet unless you remove the fan first

on the v4 and with rpm wing mounts dont screw in the 2 bolts problem solved it flexes freely wing goes up you just push down again😊

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Something to remeber, if your ESC does NOT say SURPASS HOBBIES or ROCKETRC or is missing the CHIMPANZEE Logo for surpass' "KK" SERIES then you DO NOT HAVE A SURPASS ESC!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have a fake, no-name-brand ESC that was either a surpass "B-stock" resold in bulk without branding or a Surpass Factory Not Perfect resold in bulk or just a FAKE made in another plant besides the massive Shenzen plant where Hobbywing, ZTW, Surpass, & RocketRC are made! Again,If a Surpass or RocketRC ESC does not have the brand on the side and did not come in a Surpass Box sealed with Surpass branded Tape then you don't have a Surpass. Another thing to note , Only the SurpassUSA website is qualified to sell Surpass and RocketRC in the USA and so is the only place you can buy their products and get warranty service after purchace. Surpass is the MOST FAKED ESC made and many people that rip on surpass did not actually own a surpass to begin with!!!!!!!!!!

neutral range is the setting for how much neutral range your radio trigger has. something like what you stated. The general idea is better radios (sanwa , ko propo, futaba) you would want to set this to the lowest setting. And for less expensive radios you would want to set this to a higher percentage. The less neutral range you have set the tighter your range will be giving you a tighter control or activation of signal with less pull of the trigger. But this only works with radios that have a more narrow band of neutral. Setting the neutral range higher for less expensive radios with lower quality pots (potentiometers) will give you better response because your ESC will match the trigger pot you are using. So one shouldn't confuse this as as setting that can justbe setlow because one would think that would tighten up their range, thats would just mismatch your range. Matching your neutral range is more the idea here to get the best response. I have some Surpass Rocket V2 ESCs and Hobbystar V2 ESCs which all can use the Surpass or Hobbywing LED Number cards as well as the Surpass Single LED cards like used here. The problem is when using the Single LED Cards like shown here the ESC programmable options seem to work but they do not line up with the Options shown on the card. Also the ESCs all have way more options available than shown on this card. The best card I have found to use with the newer Version 2 , Version 1.1 (like seen here) and Version 1 ESCs is the small LED Number card that shows the number of the option being programmed as well as the number of the options choice.

It's a common fact that electric is faster than nitro. I don't think the Limitless driver was trained to lap a circuit like this. The title of the video speaks for itself. From the racing line and the sound, you could tell. Also, the track is way too small for a beast like Limitless. It has a wheelbase that's almost DOUBLE the GT cars. Try a go-kart circuit instead.

lower kv DOES NOT MEAN HIGHER TORQUE! i see alot of comments saying that and it is ABSOLUTELY not right. it will confuse people who are knew. Also not everyone is willing to fork out more than $60 for just one battery. These lower kv motors using 6s or higher is kind of silly. I know I will get hate for saying this but I just bought another 6500kv from spectrum bc even though it says 2s-3s. which lets say you do 6500x11.1 will give 72,150RPMS, then if you use a 4s thats 6500x14.8= 96,200 which is insane. Yes the motor cant spin that fast of course but I changed my gearing and center diff on the new rlarrlo terminator and its INSANE. I have to put the remote on 70 percent otherwise it just sits there and either flips over and spins out of control haha. So Why go lower kv motor just so then I have to purchase more costly batterys to get the overall desire I already have using 2-4s?

I've got the same truck and when you steer all the way to each sides, the stock spiky wheels touch the steering rod...did you have the same issue?

I have been having issues where i'll run the car and ther motor has a weird whining but it goes well for a little while then the forward/reverse cuts out. The motor does get hot. Steering channels are ok but no forward then if i leave it for a min it start working again.. The ESC has the fan on it. I ordered one of these cards to see if i can tune the ESC to work better.
