Also, by not using joker, he’s keeping people from learning the matchup better, even in an online environment. Hoo lee sheet yeah that’s what I thought. I had barely started practicing joker offline before the whole pandemic, and now that I play online much more often, I’ve still been able to get comfortable with his drag downs confirms and combos, and his movement is good regardless of being on or offline. I think he’s still an amazing character, I just think some bad characters get better rather than good ones getting worse I figured he was just exploring other characters more out of fun, I don’t think he cares too much if he loses some tourneys online using secondaries

Compared to alot of other fighting games, SSBU's characters are very well balanced. We see lots of tier lists yet a great deal of players do extremely well in tournaments with characters outside A and S tier. The difference between characters is pretty low, the player's style and skills make the biggest difference.

Totally agree. Falcon can do some sick stuff when he’s really mixing but most falcons you run into at least online go for the same stuff and it’s not hype. Also his up smash being so lag-less is annoying. I generally enjoy beating falcon players

I think with corrin its the void thing where there's one guy making corrin look insane, but he's practically the only person playing him in the major competitive scene. Alot like void with sheik.

Offline she doesn't change much after the buffs imo and my friend who mains corrin says she isn't *that* much better after me n him met up to play.

Offline byleth would do better but so would marth easily. I can see marth and byleth about even here but offline byleth remains in high mid tier while marth could move on to high tier with roy n chrom.
