Another tip I heard is that most people just massage their actual scars, but you can actually massage all the way up your chest because the surgeon did work all the way up there, not just where the scars are.

Thanks for the tip ! I'll pin it so other people can read it too :)

@@MxMorphling thank you. Yeah maybe more on how to prepare before and after the surgery. I'm excited but also a bit apprehensive on the after care part as it's my first major surgery. I hope everything goes well. 🙏

I probably won't be able to make a video to prepare before surgery in time for your surgery but I'll just write how I prepared quickly here. I made sure I had a lot of immune system boosting vitamins and a good diet but mainly I prepared mentally as there can be a bout of mental health drop after surgery called post op depression which I struggled with (not everyone does but). It's better when you and the people around you are aware about it. I hope this isn't the case for you and best of luck with everything :)

Thanks so much for this video! I've been watching a lot of top surgery videos lately cause I'm having mine in a couple weeks. I appreciate that you still update about your chest years on. A lot of people stop updating after a couple months on.

So damn helpful. I’m 8 days post op double incision. I feel like I’m not doing enough to give myself the best chance at good results. This really helped!

You are such a positive, honest, fun person! I feel happy with my results. I get steroid injections. I also use cica tape, bio oil, vaseline, Mederma, and coco butter for my scars. Much love bro 😊🤗✌️

Love how natural your scars look! I honestly can't see exactly where youre looking at where youre like you'd change 'thiiis bit'. I've got some chest dents still so hoping they settle out. Hoping mine end up like yours tbh (i'm only 6 weeks atm).

I managed to shapeshift (got rid of parts of my body without hrt or surgery or nothing) and am looking for stuff that I should know to take care of the tissue. I guess maybe I could at least go to the whomever the traditional trans journey say we are to go to to at least ask 'em questions about "How do I take care of scars" "are there stuff I' m sposta know" To be honest I think they would help me 'til a point, and then once that point would be reached (the pointbwhere I actually cannot ask more question without them understanding I don' t need their money stealing - medical violence to express mybtransness, I'd have to me figure things out for myself. So thanks for sharing the info, It's helpful 4 trans people who are self relient and off the grid of the yraditional system they put us to follow. Ididn't know I had to put stuff on the red tissue, or massage.I' ll try to buy zinc, and cook protein meals. Tbf there are somethings thqt you said that son't seem to apply to the case of shapeshifters (I still perceive my area well, so should I still massage it ? ..There is no numbness. There are no scars. There is no pain. It does itches a little) but at the end of the day I learned a lot. Thank you! And to all the family reading this, if you're interested in changing your body, look into the power of the mind to create reality. Everything is possible. I'm sure that the lore yrans people become autonomous in our exoression of our internal identities, the more will HAVE to respect us, 'cause we won' t have to rely on thel stealing us lassive amount of cash and mentally abusing us in the process to get what WE NEED. When a whole portion of the population say they are a sex, and then you mqgically see them shifting into it, I'm sure it 'll make them get shook and treat us with more respect and admiration (wich we rightfully deserve.) I trust this comlent have found those who are to read it. And so it is.

You should cite this for those who like their scars and would like the prospect of scars. No one should feel pressured to workout after surgery because a scar would be inevitable in that sense. I started after 10 months due to feeling really bummed about returning to something close to my pre-T physique with my massive thighs and buttocks. I cannot do a single push up yet, since I am 220lbs but I slowly am working towards the prospect of holding my own weight n surpassing my pre-op strength. Taking it easy has done tremendously well for me. My scars aren't much of a worry anymore, being completely faded and almost flat. Working out will create scars, undesirable for us smokers, drinkers and of-color. My keloids returned form lifting just 10% of my weight at 10 months post op despite being heavily dedicated to my regimen. That can be very damaging to some people.

I'm just giving my experience of what helped my scars appear less visible and helped return some feeling to my chest. I understand working out isn't possible for everyone I just added it in there as an option. However I actually like having scars as I said in the video.
