FTP GAINS AFTER TRAINERROAD BASE 1

I gained 13 watts to my FTP based on a TrainerRoad Ramp test after completing the first 6 weeks base plan of a 16 week training plan. Here are the specs to my training plan geared toward longer gravel events.

well done. most people would take a13w increase after 4 weeks. you’ll get better when you can tolerate high levels of discomfort for longer (when you can “suffer more” as they say). pain tolerance is an acquired skill.
